Executive Board
The Board is the executive body and therefore the public face of Alias. Among other things, Alias is responsible for the exchanges with the university management and for representing the interest of students in university policy. The Executive Board is responsible for ensuring that the decisions of the Student Council are properly executed and followed up.
Co-President
The Executive Committee represents Alias in its whole. They prepare and presides over the Board meetings. They are in close contact with the university management and the head of the teaching department. They also have a seat on the board of the university assembly. In addition, the Executive Committee conducts negotiations with further external persons, organisations or bodies.

Secretary General
The General Secretariat writes the protocols at meetings and assemblies. It’s the single point of contact for students, student council members and staff. It’s also the first point of contact for general concerns. The General Secretariat calls and organises the General Assemblies. In addition, the General Secretariat is responsible for matters relating to staff.

Finances
The Head of Finance is responsible for the administration of the finances. Parts of the accounting are externalised. The finance responsible therefore maintains contact with the accounting office.

Marketing
Responsibility for the marketing and communication of Alias is assumes by the Head of Marketing. They are responsible for the Alias website, newsletter and social media. They also ensure that the internal and external communication works. The Head of the Marketing Department is likewise responsible for the maintenance and acquisition of partner organisations and companies, as well as board work for the association.

Events
The Head of Events has the main responsibility for event management. The main tasks are the development of event concepts, and the organisation of external and internal events. The main tasks also include conducting negotiations with partners and maintaining and expanding the partner network. Finally, the Head of Events is also responsible for event controlling.
